Customer Care/Return+Repair Policy

Shipping Information:

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase date via USPS, excluding weekends and holidays. We are currently offering FREE shipping & handling on all USA orders! Expedited shipping is available if you choose to ship your item sooner. If you'd like to add insurance, or signature confirmation for your order please email us at customerservice@tessandtricia.com (please be sure to include your order number). We offer international shipping calculated by weight/fair per country/location. Orders are shipped to the address provided, Tess+Tricia is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

Track Your Package:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number. US Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment (may vary depending on customs office of arrival country).

Return Policy:

We want you to be in love with the jewelry you purchase from Tess+Tricia. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order we will happily exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of shipment confirmation. All items must be returned in unworn condition with original tags. Please email or call us for assistance in exchanging your item as we will be able to help you find a better fit.

Repair Policy:

At Tess+Tricia we work hard to give you the best customer service experience possible. We know you love your Tess+Tricia jewelry, and that’s why we will attempt to repair any piece of our jewelry for you.

If your bracelet or necklace breaks, please contact us at customerservice@tessandtricia.com.  We will send you a customer repair form to fill out and mail back with the item in need of repair.  Please note that we do not pay for the shipping to return the item to us, but do cover the shipping to return your jewelry to you once fixed.

If your item is less than a year old, and has broken due to normal wear and tear, we will repair it at no charge.

If your item is older than one year, or has broken due to circumstances other than normal wear and tear, once we receive your item we will take a look at it and let you know what the repair charge will be.  Our repair fees are between $5 and $15 per item.  There may be special circumstances where the piece of jewelry is just not fixable or there are not enough pieces left to put it back together, in that case we will contact you to discuss further options.

Product Care:

We use quality metals and natural materials. Please remove your piece(s) before rigorous activity, swimming, or showering. Fading, discoloration or breakage could occur. The Tess+Tricia piece you have purchased has been handcrafted by the women of Perspectives Inc. Perspectives' target population is vulnerable, at-risk families that have been derailed because of addiction, homelessness, or mental illness. We pride ourselves in keeping our jobs local and creating high-quality designs for everyone to love.
